How does it work?
We can facilitate private mortgage lending opportunities for:

- Natural person or persons that fulfill the requirements of being a ‘sophisticated investor’ or ‘wholesale client’ as defined in the Corporations Act 2001.
As required by law, you must hold a certificate from a “qualified” accountant (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) confirming your status as a sophisticated investor or wholesale client.
